The first 3 extensions were because the back log in Nashville and the 4th was because they decided at the day of closing to get a second appraisal.

I found that the online account service they usually provide isn't reliable at all, and you have to keep logging in to check it, just my experiences. 

I will have to log in to MLS navigate to the form get the relevant details on the property i.e. legal description which I have to look up in county clerk records and search for all the relevant information make sure I check and cross check that all information is accurate.

Just log in every week.#4 - Go to the Education tab above and scour every link, and when you think your head's gonna explode, click the Community tab and start perusing the forums.

I would recommend you start logging on to Craigslist rentals every day. 

@Tan Wang - I invested in mostly single family homes which were fully licensed as logging houses.
