Hi all, does anyone know a good way to financing tiny house?

Licensed inspectors, from my experience, detail every tiny problem.

And after 3 months of seriously considering OOS, I’ve become afraid and discouraged, and have taken a step back.Yesterday, while gazing out the window of my tiny home on wheels in the backyard of my landlady, I stared at the crude beginning stages of the ADU she and her boyfriend are building, and a light bulb lit up above my head.

My partner doesn't want to be bothered with tiny details, but they will want to participate in major decisions and would like to have access to the financials.

@Shawn Dulan actually though Goodwill is a non profit, there's just a teeny tiny fraction of their profits that go towards helping people.

Some options I've been considering:- Finish out the shop and rent it out barndominium style- Build a tiny home or get a camper to AirBNB on the corner of the property where there's a viewThat said, I'm wondering if we are just too far off the beaten path for either of these to be effective.Curious if anyone has any experience and/or thoughts on this?

There are just too many ways for this to south and make you miserable and cost you money for a tiny little bit of upside for you.

Don't short change yourself on high risk & tiny returns.

Tiny spaces with high turnover, don't demand low cap rates or a broad pool of buyers.

So the tenant calls for every tiny thing and the PM says "ok" since its not their expense and they make $$ off it.
