Hey @Matthew Scott are you looking for ways to streamline the management of your house hack, or to hire a full service property manager, or just looking to network?

I decided (thankfully) to move it out of crypto currency and into my specialty, rentals.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom or recommendations for locations, properties management companies, approaches on how too streamline the thought process  (I'm all over the place), tools/websites to use for neighborhood analysis etc.Thank you for your time and advice!

I am very happy to ready that HRRE is taking on a PM in house as it will streamline the process, which has so far worked very well for me.I have known and done business with Jack Gibson for 15 years and have never had a problem that was not quickly resolved. 

I know private lenders and hard money lenders that would love the opportunity to streamline that process for you!

The borrower is over a year behind and was given a streamline opportunity he says that would of given him a chance to save his property if he would of paid a higher mortgage payment for several months but he didn't make the payment by the date they suggested.

In my experience it seems like Real Estate is almost as hot of an investment class as its been in years, second only to Bitcoin/Crypto Currency, this creates its own unique set of issues with the newbies looking for a get rich quick scheme.

It just means you have clearly defined policies in writing that you use and apply to all of your rentals, making the decision-making far more efficient and streamlined.
