What is the fuel type?

Ukranians and Poles as well as many form other Baltic states.

Tiny drops of water make a mighty ocean so as someone looking for a bit of capital, I think we can even consider making small changes like eating healthier and cheaper, getting a more fuel efficient car etc.Thanks for sharing and all the best with future investments! 

A lot of stock-happy investors will say you can diversify simply by owning tech, agriculture and bio fuels etc.. its all the same to me and its all speculative IMO.

And getting electricity to the building was a hassle, had to pay the power company to bring it in a hundred yards and had to pay a neighbor for an easement to put a power pole in their back yard.

Nicole - I personally would not touch a condo with a 10 foot pole, especially one with a special assessment and a rent cap.  

We had the utility roll the wires back to the pole & we are installing a new weather head, mast, service wire, meter box & panel. 

He mentioned he took the pole barn to his new place.

It's a quiet residential area with some town and no-wake lake, we'd like to perhaps rent out their existing small house and build a large pole barn on an adjacent lot for storing some of our stuff.Should I approach the grown children, one of whom lives in the area but we've never had any contact?
