And since this property was across the street from a very prominent destination lake, governmental action would be swift and strong should any environmental contamination issues come up in the future to protect the lake. 

Star environmental in indy has remediated a couple of things for me.

Last thing I will add is I've always dreamed of building a bunch of environmentally friendly micro-homes on a piece of waterfront land around here.

I wouldn't like the potential environmental on the land I owned in the future.
