Asbestos Specialist in Indianapolis?
I'm under contract on a home in Indy and the inspector found vermiculite insulation, which may contain asbestos (he could/did not confirm). The inspection contingency is closing later this week and I'd like to have an asbestos professional test the insulation. (Yes, I know that many fellow investors don't worry about vermiculite.) I contacted a few companies that I found on Yelp but haven't yet received any responses.
Any suggestions on an asbestos specialist I can contact? I'd appreciate any leads.
