He's busy, so it's not the easiest but being able to bounce things off him was a huge plus.

You need to buy right and that includes location, price, condition, and all of that has to bounce up against your long term objectives.

Good Morning,I have been watching the apartment boards for some time now and have learned a ton, thanks to all that contribute and share their time.I have been looking for multifamily properties for a couple months now and am in the final stages of negotiations on a 12 unit in a C-class area that is bouncing back due to the recent development spurred by the city and state.

It's also nice to have someone with half a brain to bounce ideas/concerns off of such as how a vacant property next door will affect value or how buyers/renters will perceive a feature or lack thereof.

So I’ve gotten a list from my agent and I want to bounce some numbers off of everyone here.

Most likely If the floors are level, not squeaking or bouncing when you walk across the room it is all good.

I have everyone pay their rent online so that I don't have any problems with bounced checks.

Would love to bounce ideas off some other local investors.
