Also the prospective buyer for my property requested a land survey - because the county did a totally inaccurate job of the property image which gave the impression part of my home is built on a public road, it isn't and I told the buyer if you want a survey - you pay for it.buy anyways thanks for your reply.

My plans are already approved for building and recently came across that the Lift station from the local Utility company that sits on my site wasn’t on my title report or Survey as an easement or Exception.

Our buyers were smarter than us and decided they wanted a survey so they could put up a fence to protect the kids from the busy road.  

Look into an elevation survey to make sure it is in fact a flood zone.Bundle your insurances if the flood quote is to high by adding Auto, flood and home owners together with State farm or progressive it may be cheaper in total.

This does not include the field survey and it's associated travel costs, nor does it include an internal review by the engineering director/team or O&P for the firm.
