Meta is busted because they enter new market that's not clear where the coming from (metaverse), also all these tech company that has drop in revenue, they fall when their main income is from advertising.

With today's technology, there are many ways to research and find great real estate deals close to home.

If the slow down has to do with technology within the MLS searches that could be the issue.

With all of the technology at our fingertips why would anyone have to physically walk through a property? 

Property managers are what people use when they have no clue about the technologies and things available to get rid of the property managers.

Hoping someone has some advice:I have an opportunity to buy a block of real estate (50+ units, 30+ properties) I have a partner that compliments my weaknesses and will provide organization, technology, and a management services.

It sounds like any technology will be an improvement from mailing checks. 

It has been established for several yrs now and seems like a great performing property but lacking in a few areas like some technology and modernizing units.

What is your biggest concern for your future as an agent considering the integration of newer technologies like AI, Web3, Blockchain etc. in the real estate space?

I still hold a full time job in technology and want to switch to REI.
