Congrats, I bet it was easier than you thought it would be, when i too mine 10 yeas ago, i couldn't figure out how anyone failed, make some commission,  and stack the cash so you can invest, learn and use the tools,  just know, you are now a Professional Dealer in the eyes of the IRS, get a good CPA to limit your tax implications, and plan plan plan.

However, if you are doing multiple flips a year, you could be considered a "dealer" and may be subject to Self Employment tax (Social Security and Medicare tax about 15%) on your profits.

How hard would it be to do a contract on that Mercedes and call the local Mercedes dealer and sell them the contract for 5K?

Just because you like to deal in cash should not equate you to being a drug dealer or tax evader.
