Most likely they are fishing for some sucker.

I have not bought gas in almost 2 years.. trading one in for the 35k one I don't need 3.. but I wanted to try one out before I went all in .. and I will NEVER go back to gas.. other than I might need a truck to pull a fishing boat.. they don't do well towing.. 

I have found in Louisville that most GC's here go for the big fish (top pay) jobs and stay pretty busy doing those.

I just have to learn to be a bigger fish or better panner in the stream.

Also, being aboard as you obviously are get a "Lifeproof" exterior case. water proof, bang proof with screen saver, military grad thing, so when you drop it overboard or if you use it with the fish finder App, it will still be ticking after taking a licking! 

I would like to get a piece of that rental investment market but im just a small fish.

@jay hinrichsyes, Winchester bay is where the Umpqua river meets the pacific, just south of Reedsport, between Coos bay & Florence. fantastic fishing & the Oregon dunes are right there for atv riding.

Northern liberties has already popped and fish town is nearly there.

B and B+ properties for the most part here: We usually highly recommend it and give examples of what is NOT covered (tree falling on their car, break-in, the old fish tank leaking onto their laptop, etc) and highlight that when they sign the lease, even have them initialing the highlighted sentence. 

I have an addiction to large fish tanks and the concrete floors are certainly very useful for people like me that are planning on putting thousands of pounds of water in their living space.
