I do it because it keeps me in extremely good shape as well as my heart in such a short time period during the day.I have been on this routine for about 4 years now and continue to do so because I hate fitness (ironic, don't you think?).

Don't forget walnut panneling, spanish wrought iron light fixtures, fuzzy toilet seat covers to match the tile, hanging lamps with garden bottoms for ivy, entry planters on dividers and outside lawn art, white geese and ducks.

Is the plumbing copper/PVC/Pex, or galvanized/cast iron?  

You need iron clan evidence you were not served.

These areas are just not for those that are not experts at it.. run them with iron fist.. full time security in house management ( even then you get ripped off).. its not the slumlord its the slum tenant.. end of that discussion.. simply will never change..

It's ironic  I'd bet if any of the tenants knew that another person at their job was doing the same work for 20%  more money then they would demand a raise.

Ironically, the house still sits vacant with the lock box on it.

Ironically, it was a big deal with the six-flat owner when my four-year-old daughter supposedly (possibly) was accused by writing with colored chalk on the owner's building. 

Ironically, I'm buying a house right now with a leak from the dishwasher. 

They can simply and easily iron out any agent issues with a simple phone call or face to face discussion.
