I just setup and logged in today.

Should be a monthly log of deposits into the business bank account getting rent from each of the units and when it is paid each month (late, on time etc.).

With ProXtra you can log in online and view all of the transactions you've made on your account.  

When you find one of these properties, or several, write down the addresses, and go home and log on to your county appraiser's website, where you will find all the records on properties in the county, such as address, owner's name and address (if not in the house itself), also the assessed value of the property, size of the house and the lot, annual taxes (including if they're behind on paying same), and when the current owner purchased the house and what he paid for it, and the previous owners dates and amounts of purchase, usually limited to 5 because they don't have enough room to reflect everything on this one page. 

I created a spreadsheet that logged the purchase price and square footage of all the duplexes in the certain area code that I wanted.

You can setup your mom or any other parties (CPA etc) with their long customized log in, that allows them to do/see what they need to do/see.

Now in addition there is an unfinished Log Home that isn't in the appraisal for that same reason.

If something happens to me, my spouse or children can log in and access everything in one location.

For tax purposes, both material participation and use of your automobile for business purposes, you really should have a daily log. 

Love the integration across all platforms, that they offer package logging services, maintenance requests and jeez the reporting that is included is SO valuable!
