This post is riddled with ignorance....First, and previously mentioned, trades work with warehouses that provide them just about everything they need for any job.They aren't going online for every job to find the cheapest deal on Amazon, eBay, etc.

So I bought a BRAND NEW refrigerator from ABC Warehouse (w/ 5 year warranty), it crapped out and ruined my tenants food (2 months after the purchase) ABC fixed a part, and 2 months later the fridge stopped cooling again (on a appliance less than 6 months old).

Also, the very reason why a region COULD cash flowing from 10 years ago until today is that the region is laggard in economic development so the home stays at a lower price.Tips: for those CF-area to "grow", that city needs the positive economic events,for example, if Amazon is opening a warehouse there and creating 50k new jobs.
