The last time Was 18 months ago.After a day, or so, of responses from verifiably real people, with a balance of male and female applicants, I get a steady stream of almost all females who ask for a tour but never respond to my answer, which works perfectly well for the first half a dozen responses. 

We went downtown and did a "Rise, Fall, Revitalization" tour.  

Or do you request data first, and use that as part of the screening process to determine which ones are worth taking the time to tour?

I have invited them in and have given them tours of the good the bad the ugly. 

You normally are not connected to the listing agent directly when you request a tour or more information.

Remind her she toured the home before she rented it and nothing has changed since she viewed it.

This thread reaffirms the fact that, if you are considering purchasing out-of-state turnkey properties, you really need to go physically visit with the team on the ground (the turnkey operator, the PM companies, realtors), tour different neighborhoods during the day and night, visit the properties or comparable properties before/after rehab to get an idea of the quality of work done, etc. before you pull the trigger.
