@John Thedford There is no need to threaten and abuse the OP.

Send them the bill for the damages and if they don't pay, then threaten to sue them.

(Unless you were verbally threatened) you may not know that someone was contemplating legal action against you, but decided against it since you’re so well protected.

I'd say hell no and threaten specific performance if they don't sell as agreed @Richard S.Is this a property in Cleveland?  

Because I gave them the three day notice at the same time as the offer, I can move quickly to the legal eviction process with my attorney when they are not out of the property on day 7.Things you should never do in my opinion: name call, threaten, raise your voice, treat people disrespectfully, argue or be sarcastic.  

I found tenants but it took longer then it should (I was at over 2 weeks) when they did find out what their neighbors(only took them 3 months) were paying they threatened to leave unless I lowered my rent.

To be honest I dont really know....for me personally its blue collar workers that cut the grass more than 1 time every 60 days and walking the sidewalk at night is not life threatening...that C class to me....lol

You are NOT allowed to threaten with the status.

He threaten to kill me along with a pretty good cursing.

During the eviction they made our lives a living hell threatened us with all this liability crap, which got thrown out by a smart eviction judge.
