Some people have expressed that they have had success with his advance courses; whether they are planted to say good things or not, it makes no difference; some people will find value and most may not, but I think that those that have aquainted themselves with his material, be it a small investment in his books or large investment in his training, eventually get to where he wanted them to be, thereby accomplishing his companies' mission statment, which is to enlighten people financially or somethin like that; lol; I think all come to the realization that he practices what he preaches about knowing the difference between a real asset and liability; he's the King of differentiating the two; being an actual asset of his in figuring out the process is a priceless education in itself.Sorry for the so long of a post.Thanks,Antoine

You can't pay them to hold up a wall all day so basically the texture, prime & paint stage, and/or tearing out bad areas or old nasty carpet to bare wood.

I do what I can to make it appear there is someone there by keeping the yard clean, the flyers off the door, plantings watered, etc.

We don't like taking care of a yard, so we'd put in a patio and border it with plants, other foliage.

I have sprinkler heads sticking out, I have delicate plants and shrubberies, sprinkler valves, wires, low voltage ground lights outside, lawn furntiure etc...plus I think a 75# dog drops a large pile of heat right?

If it is drywall, have a pro skim coat the whole thing and throw a skip trowel texture on there to hide any imperfections.
