Selling it will bring them money, instead of having it be a drain, paying property taxes: highlight the negatives of holding it vs the positives of finally selling.Any other suggestions for tackling this?

They should have replied, maybe an email got caught in their spam folder once but if you emailed multiple times or called they should have absolutely gotten back to you by now, especially for an issue this big.

I post on Craigslist, Nextdoor, my work classifieds section, my college alumni classifieds, and sometimes facebook marketplace (but I get more spam and weirdos through that).
