I will reiterate, I have no idea what I am talking about, but someone with a vision and deeper pockets than myself sees something in the old town of Auburn that was worth inveting in.

Talk about having vision!

After allowing myself time to "grow up", or assimilate, my gut feeling has only been substantiated: I strive to be an owner acting on a vision, not strictly a manager or practitioner under contract.

My vision is buy a few houses, flip them, always investing right back into the business, until I make enough to continue doing that, and quit my job. 

And not a single time did an inspector find anything of signifigance that everyone else involved couldnt clearly see with their own eyes.You can either clearly see the problem....or you cant, and if you cant see it, its not like the inspector has xray vision.

Managing Members have differing retirement visions.

I recently just bought my first MFH in Cleveland Ohio and have a vision to buy many more and hopefully own hundreds of units some day.

The Pareto principle gets skewed I think when trying to help or 'mentor' those that have demonstrated nothing but poor money management skills and a vision of easy riches.
