I am extremely bias on this subject having been licensed my entire adult life..

I’m biased because I syndicate real estate deals, mostly high interest loans, and we have a crowdfunding platform (although it’s accredited investors only, with a minimum initial investment of $100k).  

Property managers have their own "my-side" bias.

I'm definitely bias but have been bullish on Reno, NV and it's surrounding areas for years before I became a realtor here.

So it's fair to say that I have a (perhaps unfair) bias against the asset class.

I'd recommend taking a look at Keller Williams Realty East Bay, but of course I am biased since I work for them :-)

As someone deeply involved in this field, I must admit my bias when I say that this is truly the finest industry one can be a part of.
