They wanted an open ended time to leave, but at least 6 months additional to 2 years because the man was disabled with a bad back.As with everything you have to go through the process, so I asked for the doctor statement about the extent of the disability--recovery and accomodation.That is when the doctor blew it for them.

I 100% agree with the OP and i havent been her very long. when i first found BP i seemed to find new post that seem to have substance. now its all how many investors are engineers, how many investors are doctors and no offense to those poster but things of that nature have no real value. and if that was an out liar then ok but its more and more common to have things that dont talk about real estate.

I leave my tax to my cpa and surgery to my doctor and copywriting/sales letter to my copywriter. haha hope that gets my point.It's worth the investment to pay someone $1000-5000 to do your copywriitng if 1-2 deal can get your ROI right back.
