That kind of money is simple to make without a college degree and crushing student loans.

Despite that the banks and the government claim a crash can't happen again, not much has changed, except that the large banks crushed competitors and guaranteed their bailouts by depositors through Dodd-Frank. 

Some friends I know broke their stocks and retirement savings put it in real estate locally only to get burned by rent control and housing inspectors really crushing them. 

Hats off to you and I'm sure you will crush it because doing so puts you that much farther ahead!
