MLS is regional, so if you're bouncing to three states and areas you are talking about having a primary MLS membership, and multiple secondary memberships.

Well, bounce this off of a qualified professional, but he should be able to use his own self-directed funds to do a deal if you are his partner.

If it bounces you will know you have a problem.
