You make the money when you buy, not sale the car; similar to when you choose the tenant out of several applications, your good tenants must be screened when they come to view the property.Regardless, it can be a gamble sometimes.Best of luck!

I spoke with my bank where the funds are and they said they could give me individual current statements for each account with an official stamp indicating authenticity.

Gives me a bad feeling the more I look around haha, it's not ghetto by any means but it's not necessarily promising either....somewhat of a gamble in my eyes.My basic plan of attack: I'd like to attempt house hacking initially, get a feel for owning a house, renting things out, and working it that way.
