Inspection report also came out today. 1)Issues with water damage in the crawl space, 2)dryer vent is disconnected in the crawl space. 3)A section of the Metal trim on a garage door seems to be missing as well.

I would TSP (same recipe) all doors, all trim, cabinets etc and go with a poly/stain combo (like Poly shades, for one step) on wood finish.

It has a brand new roof, new siding, trim and rain gutters - but needs a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring.The paint is actually peeling away from the plaster on the walls and ceilings, but the plaster itself is still in good shape.They wanted $9,900 for the house, we offered $6500 and they accepted this morning.
