I've lived in this area for almost 10 years this time around and for a few more years before my adventures in the Army. 

I served in the Army for 13 years before medically retiring.

I'm Ex Army been here sense 2012 was active duty 2005-2011 ( deployed to Iraq twice in support of OIF)

I started in the Portland market at 23( 9 years ago) finishing up a 4 year carpenter apprenticeship working full time going to school for finance in the evenings at PCC, Army national guard on the weekends.

I think I brought 50k to buy some spent less than 10 and left and I don't think any redeemed I just wrote it off was not worth my time to chase them down.I would think if one had a little army this could play well in small rural counties were the competition would not be so stiff....

It was focused on what they called the mansion areas, Palmer Woods, Indian Village and Boston Edison, but there are people doing it in other historic areas with a smaller footprint.
