From a girl who's husband joined the navy, the institution that promised to see the world and instead we have seen small town America lol

I did my first two flips for free for a girl who was manipulating me.

This girl straight up highjacked my idea and they put her on the show!

I did it for a young (24 yr old) girl who qualified financially and needed her first own place to live, prior to this she has lived with her mom.

My wife (girl friend at the time) and I live in one room... and rented out the other rooms to friends.  

but for resi SFR rescue the boy girl team did well.. keep in mind we knocked on EVERY NOD in a 2 million 4 county metro to land a few deals a month..

How the Fed actually works is via printing NOTES (ready the "cash" in your wallet, it does not say money) BUT that is not what is referenced when it is said the Fed is issuing $3T into the system, they don't crank up the printing press's and dance down the street sprinkling out new notes to all the good little boys and girls.

remember they one day very soon, you may end up renting this house to a group of girls who's daddies will pay you good money for a very nice house with some amenities for their daughters... but what they're really gonna be looking for is how safe is the street & the specific vicinity/neighborhood where their darling daughters will be spending time.
