I am a KC native so perhaps I am biased.

I vote with bias opinion for columbus. 

Also, there's a lot of specialty manufacturing here mainly European and Asian companies that they have done a good job of recruiting.To be fair, I am majorly biased because I own over 200 rental units in the area.

I'm somewhat biased towards private lending, and we also lend in the WA market. 

I also don't really like the area in general, so I am somewhat biased.

I can totally understand the local bias.

And I might be biased here, but then have a really nicely designed and styled house, you will likely do well.  

Likewise, if everyone who was found liable deserved it- we would truly be in the candy cane world.One thing that I am aware of is we operate in different locales and I am basing my experiences of off a bias that goes in the other way.
