Investing in Clark-Fulton area-Multifamily Units

Hello Folks,

Anybody have any experience or currently working in the Clark-Fulton area of Cleveland, OH? I believe this area is next to a major redevelopment of Metro Health Campus and the surrounding areas. I know its a rough neiborhood but believe it can change in 5-10 years. Looking to start doing BRRRR in the neiborhood.
