You're right, they don't do much or anything to get a house sold... perhaps just to get the phone to ring.

Knock many times, ring the door bell, call out before/after you open the door, and as you walk through.

I am not sure if you have familial or employment engagements already but Murphy's Law states your phone will ring with "emergencies" at the worst possible times.- Property Management Pros: A good PM can get you on a lot more booking channels.
