So I wasn't really looking for a 2nd one but......it was a 1st floor and 1st floors at least at the Caribbean have higher gross rental income #'s than 2nd and 3rd so I thought the #'s looked good.   29th Street is going back from the beach inland goes directly to Broadway at the beach.  

Remember, the key to building a RE empire is OPM.

It takes a team to build an empire.  

I could possibly buy a condo all cash here so that may minimize vacancy expenses.Purchase a MFR somewhere in the Inland Empire (looking at Corona or Riverside) or maybe even SFR or two to rent out.

I no economist but these epicenters of investors, turnkey companies, etc. just remind me of the Inland Empire and Arizona during the crash.

Also my time was very limited, sometimes only getting to spend a few hours a week with my wife and I wanted her to have my full attention and wasn't worried with building a REI empire. 

Currently looking for financing so my business partner and I can start our empire.

Does anyone have an updated list for tax defaulted properties in the Inland Empire?

Love MB but if we ever buy again (like snowbirding) it would be a house with no hoa’s and 5 miles inland.

You will both have to do things one another don't want to at times, it's called compromise.It's tough to build an empire alone and it's more enjoyable to me making money with poeple that I like.
