The process has certainly been harder than he implies and it's pretty clear you can't run it the way he does, it makes me question all of the information he gives as a "consultant" since he didn't bother going through permitting at his AZ property.

Note if F/F financing is not available with the addition of a single ADU, it implies that you already are losing the traditional conventional residential financing when adding 1 ADU and your question on adding 2 ADU units is really the same as adding a single ADU unit.
