A factory, a mega warehouse, a shipping facility - they all sound like big employers, but once construction is done, many of these facilities don't need the number of laborers such businesses needed even a decade ago.

The temperature in GA is currently fluctuating.

First of all is to measure the temperature drop between the return and the outlet of the A/C's evaporator (the coils that actually cool the air).

I've heard the permits aren't that expensive, but I don't have an actual number, and it varies by state.Most companies that build THOWs build a few a month, usually in rented or borrowed warehouses.

Our investment business is converting warehouses into fully conditioned interior units. 

I don't know about a warehouse supplier, but I used Trafficmaster Lake shore Pecan laminate wood planks from the home depot in my rental.

Plenty of warehouse, call center and foodservice work available though so if you rent to folks bringing home 2500 - 3500 a month you are good.

A few years back (when deals were available) I averaged $10K+ annually from Surplus Warehouse in Raleigh. 

I've read some other advice regarding keeping the power on in a vacant property but the reasoning behind it is usually related to showing the property in a well lit environment at a comfortable temperature.
