Just unfortunate you came across one that has short sighted vision.

Renters and Buyers have vision and if they don't what are you out a 45 min appointment.

im in the same boat looking to develop a 2 acre stretch of warehouses into a 65 unit mixed use loft development. i have started meeting with city officials and we have brought on a community planner and project manager. both local to deal with the city, permitting, and bridging the gap between our new vision in a up and coming are and fit into the local culture. 

@curtis, unfortunately if this does work and they want to join in i wouldnt be interested in giving them and amount of equity or a percentt return or help. my motto is if you arent willling to take a chance on me even a small one and believe in me then you will never . i always prefer to give back  to those who are there when you have nothing . very easy to find people when you have everything. i would rather put my money where my mouth is then accept money from some one who down talked me and my vision the whole time! 

I doubt it, but I am unsure of how such an app would be able to determine what's in your head in terms of vision for yard landscaping simply using a picture.

We will make a vivid vision for our lives, speak out loud our ambitious goals and encourage one another and hold each other accountable to those goals.This will be a comfortable group to ask “dumb” questions and not receive judgement, mainly because we are probably all wondering the same thing but feel intimidated to ask them to advanced investors. 

However, I'm a seasoned investor and business man and have learnt over the years to be very skeptical of people with grand visions but not much of a track record, but great presentations.

This situation just showed me how important it is from the beginning to say what I want instead of assuming the agent and I will have the same vision from the get go!
