I'd like to start outsourcing my yellow letter campaign but I want to make sure I hire a trusted company.

In most markets, you need to be spending $5,000+ on your marketing before you'll get so many calls that you need to outsource the answering.The downside of waiting to get back to your leads is that they are not waiting for you.  

You can outsource your estimates until you get comfortable doing them yourself.

I just said we outsource and get help with a lot of our marketing, we mail a lot of letters but cant mail everybody, its a numbers game, most dont want to sell but some do, yada yada yada.

However, I must acknowledge that there are some great, free sites and the list of course keeps expanding.There's a good argument in favor of outsourcing your skip tracing needs.

All those who have commented have made great points, and it has made me realize that outsourcing my marketing and acquisitions would still require significant time and resources.

However, after speaking with a lot of new and intermediate investors over the years, I understand this strategy is not best-suited for new investors that want to be proactive about breaking into the investment space.Lastly, I encourage everybody to outsource the cold calling instead of doing it themselves.
