Praxis is the gold standard that I judge all other sponsors by due to their conservative underwriting, operational expertise, and integrity.  

He needs to go down to protect the integrity of the just and true ideas and principles he was made a symbol for.Good grief, in golf you're expected to be a gentleman to the level that you turn yourself in for transgressions you commit out of view of officials.

While none of you know me - or him - all I can say is that I wouldn't be associated with someone who's integrity I find questionable.I have worked with many large, global companies in managerial positions.

The structural integrity of the land behind the home has yet to be determined and I don't even know who to call to have it thoroughly investigated. 

Oh I guess I search online lots, but nothing beats getting answers from strangers LOLAccount Closed is crazy at all :-) ... he combines razor sharp deal analysis + passion for real estate + passion for helping people + always actively scanning environment... mixed with bucketloads of integrity and generosity.I have learnt a LOT from J... 

Despite the PM communication issues, they have always treated me fairly and run the business with integrity. 

While it no longer takes 8 hours (I'm getting a little better) it still takes a good 4-5 hours to do very high-level "bird's eye view" analysis - just organizing the numbers on 100 units takes a couple of hours...I have integrity.

So on commercial, you really have to look at some micro & macro economic trends, demographic shifts, as well as looking at the integrity of the property, leases, etc. so that at the end of the day it's cashflowing. 

It is an integral part of this business.
