You don't have to buy all of them, you can certainly cherry pick only the ones you want and if he insists on all or nothing maybe you take them and fire sale the ones in rougher condition/areas?

I told him I didn’t like his impatient attitude when I was inspecting his work and the quality of his work was ultimately unacceptable as grounds for my letting him go.Whereupon he insists I still owe him $75 because he actually completed more than 50% of the work the first time around.

A landlord has no way of knowing if an applicant completed the TT process and I personally ignored other prospective tenants based on non receipt of TT feedback only to be contacted by the parties weeks later insisting they did.

There's just a lot that I don't know that I don't know.My advice to anyone who insists on doing their own marketing would be to learn the metrics of marketing (PPC, CAC, ROI), then venture out to see if you can meet the industry standards with a little testing money, but hire an agency also, and you can determine if the difference in returns is justified by the higher cost of the agency.Unfortunately, lead vendors and ad agencies can be difficult to deal with, and even harder to find a good one.
