I see your a CPA, the advise now has more weight.  

Let them know there is no weight on it and not possible to collapse

If the PM is good, they'll have no trouble supplying some names and numbers for you to call.If you can find a a good PM, they'll be worth their weight in gold.

They do not eliminate it all together it's just not weighted as much.What size loan are you talking??

If the tenant has a good job with income or credit to go after then it holds more weight with a tenant versus them being a bum and hopping from rental to rental to just exist.no legal advice - hope it helps

It is best working with a modular factory that builds using SIP Panels as they are more energy efficient and lighter weight with a much stronger quality, the SIP Panels can be worked with using OSB or Phenolic Skins. 

Maybe the partner/contractor was greedy, did not pull his weight,  still marked up the reno to retail, and many other scenarios.
