I run into this all the time.I know plenty of chiropractors,doctors,cpa's etc. that write off a ton in the business and pay themselves very little.Used to you could go stated income and this wasn't a problem.Because of the abuse it ruined it for legitimate individuals not wanting to pay our government more taxes that officials abuse anyways.So people making a few hundred a year but only paying themselves 30k look poor on paper but really can afford the loan.These people aren't going to show an income statement and pay tens of thousands more in taxes just to appease a bankers requirements for income on a tax return.What they will do is wait and hope stated comes back.

@Adeola AdeThere is no equivalent to an LLC {which has elements of both a sole proprietorship and a corporation} in Canada.Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) in most, if not all, parts of the country are specifically for professional (lawyers, doctors, dentists) businesses.This leaves you with a sole proprietorship, a partnership or a corporation ... of these, a partnership is a flow-through entity between 2 or more partners.  

It's like a doctor who is great at family practice to have no idea where to start on a brain surgery. 

Doctor, lawyer, now you have areas you can find them.

It's like reading a newspaper article on diabetes, and then telling your doctor he's wrong when he diagnoses you with it.

The home is very close to the Banner Medical Center (maybe traveling or relocating doctors/nurses?)

By the way, my boyfriend and I will also have a roommate living with us that has a doctors note for a dog.

This has caused me so much stress, anguish  and has my depression is in overload, that I'm going to have to go to the doctor about this.

I would suggest he ask his doctor if there were any non-smoking forms of cannibus he could be prescribed. 

I would then read the document to see if the doctor included text that specified that only smoking the drug would achieve the desired result.
