advantanges and disadvantages

When you are new to an area you area at a disadvantage to the other agents, investors, etc. that know your local market extremely well, know which areas are the most marketable, etc.

My experience, education, was the deal at the disadvantage of others, was anyone harmed anyone suffer a loss, did I advertise the contract or the property, was I involved in settlement or did I act in having the transaction  closed, did I show the property by myself??????

If I do get a license, I do see advantages outweigh the disadvantages. 

Disadvantage of PPC is equity position in the property of the caller.Here are my nine and not in any order. 

I would talk to someone who can tell you the advantages and disadvantages  ok each investment vehicle, solo 401k, Ira, etc some you can take a portion of the money out as a loan and pay your self interest some you can't.
