Has anyone else felt like this about the niche you have chosen to start in?

@Mark Butler you should underwrite to whatever allows you to reach your goals in the time frame you and your partners have chosen.

Also, I'm not sure I would have chosen the same finishes that you did for the house, especially the high gloss flooring and the accent walls.

Keep studying your chosen niche, (which seems to me is bird-dogging because of your title).

Hi @Jae Ham, I run a wholesaling business so I sure hope it doesn't become outlawed:) Some wholesalers have chosen to operate in the grey and others have hurt wholesaling's reputation, but if you do it right it's not only legal it's also a benefit to all parties.
