The furnace, a/c, roof etc. are part of the owner of the property responsibility.Whether or not it is legal, I'm sure Bill will enlighten me :), In my L/O I did a longer term lease for the gentleman bc at the time he was going through divorce and also bankruptcy from the divorce.

*Sidenote--around this time my fiance and I had a baby and are living in the home.In the end I made the decision to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and tried to leverage the Mortgage Modification Mediation program to have a 3rd party help negotiate my loan mod request with the loan servicer.

@Branden JordanWithout reading everyone’s posts because they are long winded I will break this down very easyWill defaults increase - yes as unemployment and defaults are all time lowsWill foreclosures increase - slightly but because of equity in assets we will see more bankruptcies than anything
