The government run healthcare system will be like every other government program, overpriced and impossible to access.We are already paying billions of dollars in California in medical expenses for released convicts (because we can't afford to keep them in prison and 40,000 were released), sexual predators, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.

A party with an underage drinking incident can put you in jeopardy from the parents so I'd also make sure to use a LLC or real estate privacy trust.  

It's great to see hope in such a crazy world projecting death and destruction at all times.Finding hope in your life is one of the major keys to happiness.Here are some habits I do every single day now to keep this momentum:I work out at least once per day.I don't drink alcohol and replace this with water and reading.Spend way more time with family Regardless of what the guru says Family time is important an up there as close to work as it possible can me 

Don't drink alcohol- don't smoke cigarettes- or other smokable products- don't lend money to friends, family, or anyone else.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

No one has that much laundry to do.A friend we financed a 4 unit for put in a coin op laundry & couldn't work out why he was making so much 'COIN'.He found that tenants from other properties & the tenants friends were all using the facilities as it was closer than the nearest laundry facility & they could drink beer while waiting for the wash.
