I’m an investor from CA looking to get to know southeast Texas better.

For us that means, simply delivering a house at cost.We felt we could deliver a very high quality home in the Cordova, Bartlett or Southeast Memphis (38125 zip code) all in for $125,000. 

When consider where we are geographically, we are at the center of the southeast triad between the the Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville markets,...we are the flux capacitor of the South.  

The city of Detroit is far from perfect but as a life long southeast Michigan resident and 17 year real estate investing veteran I’ll say this: Detroit is in a position it hasn’t been in to close to 100 years.

And, we’ve done it all as long distance investors from SE Asia where we serve impoverished families in our clinic.

I would be looking into properties in the midwest and southeast states, under 100k, 3 bed, younger than 1955 and no more than 1,200 sqft, and turn key for the most part.

Lol I really hope Priti can educate us though why we should invest in Thailand, maybe not just for this particular project.But I have long term consideration to invest in Koh Samui LOL , at certain age, it would be better to live in Hawaii  for few months and the rest in South East Asia while working W2 remotely .

Or in southeast of Chicago where University of Chicago may be near by and where house prices are cheaper than the north side of Chicago.

I am interested in the Southeast region, specifically targeting areas in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.

Federal govt is changing minimum efficiency ratings on equipment in the Southeast US (check for your region if not in the SE).
