The information strikes me of the No money down RE scams of the past.Time, experience and creativity are the tools required to succeed.

I recommend that you begin the process now so that you have it ready when the time to strike presents itself.

I, personally, don't think Saudis have the kind of output they're bragging to have (remember the strike on their major field in 2019 that shut half of their production down?)

A small rural town 30 minutes from Rochester does not strike me as a great place to build new rental units.
