This is due to the fact that the home is located in an A Class neighborhood.As you probably already know the following tents to be true in most markets in the US when it comes to long term investments:A Class areas - High price, very high owners to renters ratio, good potential for appreciation, low risk & low returns.B Class areas - Mid to High Prices, still high owner to renters ratio, good appreciation, relatively low risk & slightly better returns.C Class Areas - Lower Prices, low owners to renters ratio, lower appreciation, higher risk & higher returns.In conclusion, I think investing anywhere around Orlando is a good idea and depending on your strategy, current situation and risk tolerance you can find different types of investments which will work for you.
