I used to help people get 0% for 15 months credit cards from Key Bank or Citi to float tax credits in a previous job and it worked great, but typically people couldn't get approved for more than $5-10k unless they had an income above $100k or so.

I do this because I want to see the “off market/wholesale” deals that are floating around at the moment.They are usually cheaper than the stuff on the MLS.

Personal property is appliances, carpeting, window treatments, window A/C units, awnings, any kind of floating flooring, kitchen/bathroom cabinets, etc.

I think most strategies floating around BP are solid and just comes down to what works for each investor.  

I've floated from job to job, doing whatever caught my interest. 

BUT, even with that said, if we decide to walk away without suing him, we could potentially float the idea of having him sign a contract that says he needs to sell the home to us at the currently agreed-upon price if he decides to sell the home in the next year/6 months, etc.  

i do get your drift here though. you are saying if you work one side of the deal you  split the commission with the guy who worked the other side but if you work with both sides as in the case of an Inexperianced seller, you can't do it for only 1/2 of the commission.

After drifting around for most of my 20s, everything seems to have led me to this point and I'm ready to do whatever it takes to make this a profitable career path.I still have a lot to learn but I also want to start investing as soon as possible. 

When you are talking rentals, the bank will make sure you can float the payments if your rent stops for whatever reason.

Hopefully I can pay more down on it and ultimately sell it, getting into something more reasonable.I still kind of feel like a ship lost at sea, but at some point I have to set a direction for myself and go or I'll float endlessly.
