The reason so may people HATE our kind (investors) is because of these "sneaky" ways to get leads.Methods like these absolutely have no regards for someones privacy.

I have done my best to block out the names for privacy purposes.

I am a realtor so I still have access to all the lists that are going away due to privacy laws.

There are different solutions in titling your property for "Privacy Protection" that would have been less expensive, but if you are looking for Liability protection then the LLC is good. 

I'm wondering if they would be willing to give up those amenities for privacy, even if it's in a below par neighborhood.

We renovated the front and back yards to put in a new lawn, irrigation system, vegetation, and privacy fences.

If I'm renting or leasing a home or apartment unit, why should my privacy enjoy less protections from state intrusion than a weekend rental car? 

Now I would like to add a level of privacy and would like to know how other landlords have set this up and if I am missing anything in my plan below.  

First, I'd put up a big privacy fence...    

Things are more expensive (like interest rate + down payment), but sometimes I find it's still worth it to pay more (for example, if you like your privacy... which I do... so I'll pay for that).
