Quickbooks is for "bookkeeping" - a good CPA will help you with tax avoidance [not evasion].When you form your LLC, be sure to use a competent REI attorney to setup it up for you and DO NOT do it yourself.  

Holding the note as opposed to being the landlord = not paying bills, typical maintenance, less book keeping, less work.

Property manager, contractor, financing, lawyer, book keeper, deal finder, anyone else who will be vital to your business.

At this point we will not have employees other than dealing with contractors, but I can foresee in the future requiring a bookkeeper to maintain records.

I recently created an LLC back in February and have questions about taxes and bookkeeping, such as do I absolutely need to have a business account or is it ok to spend from a personal account so long as you're keeping track of expenses?

Does anyone have an accountant specialized in real estate taxes and bookkeeping that they recommend in the south florida area?

Do my own bookkeeping on whose money is in there, track interest for their deposits, etc.

That is way too much book keeping/accounting for you.
