As much as I love technology I'm ready to ditch it in a second and speak face to face with someone when there's a problem in our business (or personal) relationship.

In my old business of reselling technology we could receive an invoice and use a factoring company, They would buy the receivable less a monthly factoring fee.

My advice, find the right kind of "small bank" that is progressive and has the technology (Mobile deposit, enhanced online banking) that you would never need to set foot in the bank.  

Farming becoming less of an industry due to technology.

A person with the aptitude to drive the intense nature of information technology project management can utilize the same methodologies, mindsets and techniques to drive nearly any project to include a real estate basis.

Further, we now have the technology where lenders can easily identify which of their loans in their portfolio have had the associated property change ownership, which wasn’t the case until very recently.  

As we grow, we will continue to hire more employees to manage the day to day operations and invest in more robust technologies.

@Erin Mullaney As you move forward with accounting services, I think some green flags to look for are: keeps up with the most current technology (if you aren't familiar, a good sign is that they are excited to show you how their processes save you money/time/headache/etc), has a qualified team beneath them (not a one-person operation), and has a clear process for communication with clients that is spelled out in their service proposal and engagement letter. 

Degree in machining technology as well as into a new machining apprenticeship job.
